How to use instructions
- Light the tip of one incense over fire.
- Extinguish the flame by blowing or fanning. Incense should emit a glowing ember and fragrance with smoke.
- Place in incense burner
Tips
- For larger spaces or to achieve higher fragrance intensity, burn multiple sticks as desired.
- Place sensory stick away from you for a less smokey scent throw.

- Available orders are usually shipped within 24hrs and you will be notified once order has been shipped. Delivery times range from 2 to 14 business days depending on regions, excluding public holidays and peak periods.

- Products may be returned to us for exchange or refund (Less any delivery costs) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the Goods provided that: (a) proof of purchase is presented; (b) the Goods are received by us in a re-saleable condition in original packaging; and (c) the Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from.
- All 'custom' or 'commercial' orders are non-returnable.
- Items marked as "clearance" at time of purchase are non-returnable and are subject to limited warranty.
- Exchanges, refunds and credit notes will be for the original price of the goods only. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are non-refundable. Returns under $500 will be refunded via the same method of payment. Refunds of a greater value will need to be processed by our customer service team and can take up to 7 days to process.
- You assume all risk of the Goods and are responsible for delivery costs associated with returning the Goods to us.
