Operations & Customer Service Associate - Cairns

We’re now looking for an Operations & Customer Service Associate who takes pride in delivering outstanding service, thrives on teamwork, and approaches every task with energy, integrity, and a can-do mindset.

Your Role:

This position combines warehouse organisation, stock handling, and customer interaction. You’ll ensure every product that leaves our showroom - whether delivered, picked up, or assembled - meets the high standard our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• General warehouse duties and stock management
• Order preparation, fulfilment and delivery management
• Assisting with customer & delivery pickups
• On-site customer service call outs & some furniture assembly (as required)
• Container unloading and managing incoming shipments (as required)
• Supporting sales staff and showroom operations when required

About you:

• A great attitude, attention to detail, and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Well-presented and confident interacting with customers and representing a premium brand
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and assembling furniture
• Current driver’s licence with own car preferred.
